Yes.
The best I think is to create a characteristic with the values you want for it (menu Products>Characteristics), add it to the product, add the variants for the product:

Then, you can also create custom fields of the table "product" via the menu Display>Custom fields to be able to have additional columns of information in the table of variants on the product page.
Then, you want to change the "characteristic selection method" setting of the HikaShop configuration to "list".
The difference with that page is that you can :
- either have one add to cart button for each row of the table
- or have one quantity input field for each row with one add to cart button at the bottom (that way, the customer can add to the cart several variants of the product at the same time)
but there is no option to have radio buttons. But I don't think it's a problem.
