Grouping options

Hi all,

Is it possible to group product options?

For example, I sell T-Shirts with characteristics for size and color (because they all cost the same). So far, so good.

People must be able to select a print on the T-Shirt, depending the print the price is different, so I'd use Options for that, right?

Now, they can choose a front and a back print, but only one per side. Can this be done using the options?

After reading another question here, I've tried the following:

Created an option for "Front Print" and added 4 variants to that: None, Option 1, Option 2 and Option 3.
Options 1, 2 and 3 will cost 1.5 euro extra while None of course is 0 euro.

The display is good now, but the additional 1.5 euro is not added to the standard price as it does with an just an option Yes/No.

Please advice.

That's what I would have recommended.

Could you provide a URL to the page you're using for your tests so that we could look at the situation there ?

My test site HD crashed (hopefully backup in a few hours) so meanwhile I will try to show what I did with screen dumps from the live site. Have to publish and unpublish the category.

Two issues I can see:
- you want to enter the price of the variant in the price listing with the + button and not in the "retail price" field which is only indicative. That's why you don't see the price of the option added to the price of the main product.
- you want to turn on the "group options with product" setting in the HikaShop configuration so that the option is together with the product in the cart.

Final question, can the image of the selected option be displayed while the choices are made?

There is no such mechanism. That would require development to allow for that.
