Create Characteristics

-- Joomla version -- : 4.0.0 Beta 5

Hello,

like on my old shop I want create characteristics to offer the product en different variants. I set a character with name and values. Then I want choose the character on the backend product page, but the values are not shown to select a default value. (view screenshoots)
On my old page it is working. Any thing I've forget?

It might be linked to Joomla 4, but I'm not able to reproduce the problem on my local Joomla 4 beta 3 website.
So I doubt it comes from that.
But I do remember that we fixed something along these lines months ago. Normally with the 4.4.0 you should already have that patch.
So I'm not sure what's going on.
Could you provide a backend access along with a link to this thread via our contact form so that we could have a look at the situation there ?

Sorry for the delay, we have to investigate more to understand your root issue, and in fact there already a patch in the version immediately after yours.
In order to correct this issue related to Joomla4, just update your HikaShop version, please.

thanks! I thought I had the current version. After the update it works! And I set some variants – all translations works well too.
