Displaying something similar to widgets on products

Hi

Is it possible to display information like the widgets show in the URL I have provided within Hikashop?
I am having issues with WidgetKit from Yootheme and wondered if I could just get rid of it but be able to display information like 'Ingredients, Usage, Description' etc with information for each using something else for each product?
Currently I just insert [widgetkit id="61"] for example in the description box within the Hikashop product and that then displays what I have created in the WidgetKit for that widget number but I'd like to do it all within Hikashop if possible?

Hi,

You don't need widgetkit to do that.

One solution we often recommend is to use tags from the plugin Tabs & accordions:
extensions.joomla.org/extension/tabs-accordions/
It's used a lot to do that in Joomla articles and it also work in the description of Hikashop products.

Also, You can actually do that with HikaShop too, with the tabular layout, but if you need custom tabs like this, with different fields, you need a combination of custom product fields and a view override to add the tabs the way you need them.
It's doable even without prior coding knowledge, but you need to follow the instructions in the "How to add a tab in the tabular view ?" section of the FAQ:
