error in display of info on add new addresses

I'm testing the HikaShop Starter 2.1.3, Joomla!™ Online Store Component and I notice an error. When the user is logged in and goes to My Account > manage your addresses and selects the round green new button (has the white plus mark on it) the form to add the new address is all the way off the left side of the display. You have to refresh the page to recover.
