User Log in problem

Hello,

New registrations can't be done in my site.

After a registration that i completed i tried to log in but it says "no users found or wrong password".

In the hikashop component i can see that user. (But no username). But in the front end i can't log in.

Could you help me about this issue please ?

Please re-download HikaShop 2.2.2, we just made a fix to solve such problem.
(After the update, you will have to remove the HikaShop users without username)

Same problem as I have. The fix did not resolve the problem.

The new package fix the problem of the HikaShop user who does not have a username.
But understand that the accounts who was created before can't be fixed. You have to delete them in the HikaShop backend.
We can't recreate a user (with username and password) because we don't have this information.

Problem remains. Email is the only information that becomes registrated. Noticed that admin can't edit or change the username or passowrd in hikshop control panel. Admin can only edit email. Is this the way it works?

Which build version of HikaShop are you using ?
You can have this information in the HikaShop config panel, tab "main", at the bottom of the page.

So please redownload HikaShop 2.2.2
You are not using the latest package that's why you don't have the fix.

When I asked you yesterday to redownload HikaShop 2.2.2 that was because we made an "hot fix" to fix the problem.
So if you are not using the latest build, you don't have the latest fixes.

I downloaded the version two day sago from my subscription page according to the intstructions I received from Hikasop Support. Have you uppgraded my download package to the latest version now?
