no Mails to Hotmail.com

Dear HikaShop User and Experts,

we use HikaShop Essential for a customers Webshop. But there is a big Problem with the registration.
If somebody has an E-Mail account from Outlook or Hotmail, he couldn't get an Email with the registration link.
Please help me.

Hikashop use Joomla email system and registration, so this is not HikaShop related.

I think that your problem come form the configuration of your server. It's your server which deliver the emails and it's maybe restricted to send emails to outlook or hotmail accounts.
You should contact your server admin.
