How to solve, please help me!

Hi,

This indicates that your web server doesn't have the right to copy files in the folder media/com_hikashop/upload/safe.
So edit the permissions of that folder via FTP and set the rights to 777 so that you're sure that your web server will be able to write files in that folder and that should then not produce that error anymore.

I'm sure have write permissions. The document itself is already uploaded successfully.But the error always exists！

Hi,

Then try to enter the full path of the folder in the "Upload secure folder" option of the configuration.
And make sure that the hard drive still has some space available.

Hi,

Just little questions.
What is the size of the file you are trying to upload ?
Can you upload other files in your website ?
Did you test the "ajax image" custom field type instead of the "image" one ?

We did further tests but the upload of files with the "image" type is working fine in all or tests.
All we can think of is that your web server is not configured properly.
You'll have to use the "ajax image" type for now, or check with your system administrator your web server (apache/PHP) settings, or try on another web server.
