Download list doesn't work

Hi All,
i've got a problem with my download area. After created an a free order, i would like to download the file "purchased" but i can't do it because it dosn't show on download list.

But it wotk on Order List.

Why?

Your issue is probably coming from the fact that your order status is "confirmed".
