Gift Registry

Any plans on creating a gift registry function in HikaShop?

Wishlist is close, but would like to see something directed at gift registry.

Could you give more details of what you are needing ?
We can potentially find a workaround with HikaShop for that.

As I can see, the Gift Registry is like our Wishlists.
But there is more options, like comments, priorities, etc.

Which features are really interesting for you ?

• Registry Customer creates list or lists and can add/ edit/ delete list
• The list has the ability to be private or public.
• Separate search feature(module) for the customers registry/wishlist (might also want a registry search plugin if the client wanted to add search results to the general search)
• Show gift giver the list of registry gifts with add to cart button
• Checkout with or without registering with the site.
• Automatically insert the Registry Customers shipping information in the ship with the ability to allow the purchaser to change address.
• Allow a note or comment to add to the gift upon delivery.

I think that would do it.

For the points:

It is already available, some could require some view editions.
I added the other points on our TODO list, and will think about the already existing points in order to improve them.
