Payment method show on invoice

Hi All,
i've this problem.
I'm using Invoice plugin and if my costumer buy a service by cart, the payment method is showing normally but, if i create a new order by Administration Panel, the payment method is not showing.

Both, payment method was selected by customer on web site.

Any Ideas?

If you create the order on the backend how is the user selecting the payment method ? in his orders listing on the frontend ?
On which invoice is the problem occurring ? The one attached to the email notification ? the one that you generate in the backend ? the one that you generate in the frontend ?
When did you install the PDF invoice plugin ? Maybe it's something that we fixed since then ?

yes, he select the payment method by orders list.
This issue is present in all invoice. I change nothing from installation.

By the way, let me reply question by question.

- They choose the p.m on orders listing.
2)On which invoice is the problem occurring ? The one attached to the email notification ? the one that you generate in the backend ? the one that you generate in the frontend ?
- In ALL invoices
3)When did you install the PDF invoice plugin ? Maybe it's something that we fixed since then ?
- I have change nothing from the installation.

Hello Andrea,
If you have manually set your customer invoice, note that you won't have any payment method displayed on your invoice until your customer choose and pay with one of the available payment method through his order listing (the menu which have a type set to "Customer orders").
Note that you should also make sure that you have the "Payment of orders not paid immediately" option set to "YES" via "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Main".

the setting is ok (please look the attachment file).

What i mean is after selection and after payment the the payment method isn't displayed.

Sorry for the late reply, I just tested it and it worked fine, I just :
- Manually created my order through my back-end
- Selected a payment method and paid my order through the "Pay now" button of my order listing
- Used the "Invoice" button of my back-end order detail page, and the Payment method was showing.

Did you do it like this ?
