Hikashop registration not creating joomla user

I have an issue with hikashop registration.

When a user registers for a new user through hikashop registration
a user is created in the users tab at hikashop with empty fields in the username and name fields.
Also no user is created in joomla.

I'm i missing something?

You mean that the username and name fields in the Joomla user table are empty, right ?
Because in the hikashop user table we don't have this kind of fields.

Please give us more details about your registration settings in HikaShop, are you asking for the address ?
