Zone missing a county

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.3.5
-- Joomla version -- : 3.3.6
-- PHP version -- : 5.4

I'm setting up my zones as the UK mainland and have edited the UK zone 222 accordingly. I'm also using the Joomla User registration for new customers.

In the User Registration page, the drop down for State is missing at least on of the states, Derbyshire ID 4082. I can't figure out why this is having checked and double checked the zone listing is correct.

Would it be possible to have a screenshot of the configuration of your UK zone (222) ?
You should see the associated states with the Derbyshire state.

You could also check that the state is right published, but you can see it in the zone listing or when editing the zone element.

We didn't get your screenshot.
However, the issue should be that either:
- you deleted it
- you disabled it
- you changed its type to something else than "state".
- you removed it from the "sub zones" listing of the "United Kindgom" zone.
So please edit it via the menu System>Zones and make sure that the settings are correct.
