User loyalty points

Please help me answer and solve these questions.

1) How can i setup the loyalty program?
2) How can the users see how many points they have?
3) The invoices don't generate for some reason? I tried all the switches still no invoice number.

1. You can follow this documentation:

2. If you use a custom user field, the users will only see their points during the checkout.
If you use instead the AlphaUserPoints mode (meaning that you also need to install AlphaUserPoints on your website), this extension has modules allowing you to display their points to the users on the frontend on top of having them displayed in the checkout.
3. Can you do a screenshot of the "order" section of the HikaShop configuration ?
Are your orders confirmed automatically ?
If not, if you confirm manually an order from the backend, do you get the invoice number generated ?

I have the HikaShop Starter 2.6.0
Joomla version 1.5.26
Although I can't use one of the two pints system with this version, I want to know if it's possible for users to use their points when making a payment, by using the payment plugin. If so, where can I download this plugin?

Hi,

Yes that's possible. The plugin is included by default in HikaShop Essential and HikaShop Business. You just have to go in the menu System>Payment methods and click on the new button in order to select the HikaShop user points payment plugin and configure it.

Can this feature of providing the loyalty points to loyal customers is also available for HikaMarket?

Also, Is there any feature such as 'Affiliate Program', where a store owner can provide the referral links to the vendors to pass on to other vendors or avail themselves to get the affiliate vendors discount or let's say referral discount to get registered?

Hello,

"loyalty points" (also called "User points")
Credits in a virtual money that the user earn when buying some products.
HikaMarket do have an integration so vendor can earn points when they are selling some products.
These points can be used as discounts thanks to the "userpoints" payment plugin.

Affiliation
System in HikaShop which allow customer to have a link to promote the website and earn "affiliation commission" when someone is buying a product via the affiliation link.
