Canada Provinces and Territories not being listed

On the address form, when Canada is selected as the country, there are no provinces/territories being listed. There isn't even a drop-down being shown.

I checked the zones and Canada is published, along with its provinces/territories (states).

Never mind. I guess that it was a browser cache issue, as they are appearing now.
