Problem in username generating

-- Joomla version -- : 2.5

hi my friend
when customers try to register (filling the "address_firstname"==first-name and Last-name in costume field )they successfully register, yet when admin tries to pick the order , after "address_firstname" shows a number just as you can see in the picture attached.
how we can solve this problem manually.

I'm not able to reproduce the problem.
Could you display the interface in English and do a screenshot in English ? Also, could you provide a screenshot of the details page on an order of your screenshot so that we could get a better comprehension of the situation ?
