user address in menu acting strange

Hello,
I want the customer to be able to change his name and address through a menu option in the main menu.
I've tried the module "hikashop user address".
When the user opens the menu option, he sees his address.
But, when he tries to change it with the "pencil" icon, there opens a menu half outside the view in the left bottom corner.
It's not possible to do anything then.

I would like the customer to be able to change the address fields straight a way (without popup), or to fix the display of the popup.

(my webshop is restricted at the moment but i can send you a username and password).

Hi,

That's because your template doesn't support the bootstrap popups of Joomla.
Change the "popup mode" setting of the HikaShop configuration to "mootools" and that should circumvent the problem.

Under System - Configuration ?
(perhaps i'm having trouble finding it because my backend is in Dutch).
