Customer vote is not saving was created by dogungbeje

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.1
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.8

Customer vote is not saving from both frontend and backend.

Hi,

Please have a look at this topic: www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/3...-hikashop-2-6-1.html
More than that you can try to download and install the latest version of HikaShop from our website, still 2.6.1 but with hotfixes which can solve your issue.

I tried every but did NOT work. From the frontend when i fill the form for review, i get the error "Missing value for the comment or the vote value is wrong or unset" even though all the field are properly filled.

Backend, nothing is saving.

Please help. Thanks

Hi,

Do you have downloaded and installed the latest starter version of HikaShop from our website ?
This version contain the fix for this issue.

This version contain the fix for this issue.


It is still the version 2.6.1 but with hot fixes including this one.

HikaShop Starter we have downloaded and installed on 31.1.2016

The version HikaShop Essential 2.6.1 [1602070724] we have downloaded and installed yesterday
