activation link to register

Hi, I use the Hikashop and one of my clients didn't receive the activation link (for registration), because we had problems at the server.
it is possible to resend the activation link?
or we have to eliminate the account ?

Hi,

HikaShop propose an interface for the user registration but the users are manage by Joomla itself.
For the most I know, you cannot resent an activation email in Joomla ; but you can activate manually the account.
