Contact Form Validation

When using the contact form that customers can click inside the product page, is there a simple way to add validation to the email field to make sure they have typed in a proper email address?

Also, is there a way to use one of the other Joomla contact forms with the above mentioned Hikashop contact page where it will add the product name to the form as it does with the one that comes with Hikashop?

The email field is already checked with the same javascript check that there is on the registration form of HikaShop. The regex is:
It's not possible to use another contact form than HikaShop's with the contact button of the product page so that you could pass on the product name.
