Stopping delivery addresses outside UK

Is there any way of stopping any delivery addresses outside the UK being processed without contacting us?
Also, on the email that came through it lists our address as the shipping address. Can this be looked at as well?

The only way to stop delivery outside the UK will be to set the "Zone" option of your shipping method(s) configuration page to UK, so your shipping methods will only be available for UK addresses.
Can you give me more information about what you want to do through your email ?

Basically when the user selects their country of residence as anywhere outside the UK I would like them to be directed to a contact us form. So they can fill it in and send it over to us.
We are not currently able to process overseas orders via our shop.
Can you help?

Hello Mike,
The only solution to approximately do what you want for the moment is to restrict your shipping methods to the UK so that your customer won't be able to complete their order unless they use a UK address.
But their is no option to do what you want, the only solution will be to use some custom code or to directly specify through a content module to your customers that they should use the contact form if they want a delivery outside UK.

Hello Mike,

1. You'll just have to force a menu on your checkout by using the "Menu" option of the page "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Checkout"

2. And then display a content module through that menu which will display more information about the way your checkout workflow works.
