Joomla account not setup for new customers

We are having quite a few customers setup with no 'Name', 'Username' and no Joomla account setup so they can login.

Hi,

This means that they used the guest checkout in order to purchase on your website. The guest checkout doesn't create a user account, so that's normal. Select another "registration" mode in the Checkout tab of the HikaShop configuration if you don't want to allow the guest checkout.
