People creating an account not getting verificatio

People creating an account not getting verification email.
When trying to register and completing all log in details it returns an error :
"Could not instantiate mail function!"

Hi,

This means that there is a problem with the Email settings of the Joomla configuration. Please check them with your hosting company recommendations.

Service provider has sent me this link.
www.airsoft-hq.co.za/phpinfo.php
They say all is in order with .php settings.
Please check if there is any issues on your side.

BTW all was working well before the last update of Hikashop. Is there a configuration setting that I should adjust possibly because of the upgrade?

This link has nothing to do with the email settings of your website. Did you check the email settings of your Joomla configuration with what your hosting company recommends ?

HikaShop didn't change anything with the email sending process. However Joomla did with the 3.5.1 and it is now more strict with what you can have in its email settings. So please check them in the Joomla configuration.
