Customer has no VAT applied

Hi,

We can not find the reason why one customer doesn't pay VAT. We have checked:

User group
Address
Company / VAT
VAT EU rules
Products

Even if we are to login as the user place any order the VAT does not show? We don't understand why. There has been plenty of previous and post orders, none have suffered the same issue.

Any ideas please?

The VAT is present before login/registration on your website:

So the product is setup correctly, and the HikaShop configuration is setup correctly, and the tax rules are setup correctly for when the user is not logged in and it uses the main tax zone.
So it must be something between the user address or the user itself, like his user group leading to the tax rules filtered out.

I can't say anything more precise without more information on the problem.
