User Registration not adding Joomla User

When I do a new user registration, the user is only added to the users for HikaShop. The user is not added as a Joomla user. There is no email sent to the new user and the user can't log in.

I don't see how that's possible since there is no user accounts in HikaShop. When you register through HikaShop, it actually ask Joomla to add the user. And then after Joomla created the account, it sycnhronizes it so that you can aslo see it in HikaShop.

So please double check.
