User Registration

First of all, thank you for a great product.

My problem comes in with user registration. I am using the HikaShop user registration. When a username already exists, it gives no indication of an error or message. It redirects to the registration page and the user does not know why or that there is a conflict. Please help me.

Hi,

HikaShop does display an error message in that case. It's probably your Joomla template which doesn't display error messages.
Try to switch to the default template of Joomla and try again to check on that.
