Custom Field Radio Button in Address - Doesn't display the checked option

I have created a custom radio button field in address - and users can select one of the 2 options.
The selected option is showing later in the address template and it is saved, but when I go to edit the address, the checked radio group option is not displaying as checked.

Could you provide a screenshot of the settings of the custom field and screenshots of the problem so that we can better undrestand the problem and try to reproduce it ?
