When a customer is already a user on the site, he/she are not allowed to shop. Can i change this?

When ever a person who already has an joomla account try´s to go from guest information form to payment, the error comes " email already exsists"

Hi,

Yes, if you already have a user account, then you need to login instead of filling the guest information form. That way, you already have the addresses you previously entered.
I would recommend turning on the "login" setting of the "checkout" tab in the HikaShop configuration so that people who already have a user account can easily log on your checkout.
