The address information does not appear

I'm not able to reproduce the problem.
Do you see the address on the checkout ?
Do you have several addresses for that user account ?
Are the other addresses displaying correctly ?
How is your checkout configured ?
Could you do a screenshot of the settings under the "checkout" tab of the HikaShop configuration ?

Hello,

The address template (and mini address template) allow to display the "address" fields.
The user email is coming from the user table ; so it is not available via the tags when you edit the address template or the mini address template.
