You would have to turn on the "remove category and product ids from URLs" setting of the HikaShop configuration, and then change the alias of the product from title-product to 100/title-product or code-100/title-product
Otherwise, if you want more liberty with the URLs of your products, you can also use a SEF extension like SH404sef because thanks to its URL alias system to can have the URL you want for each page.
