Cannot add or edit user addresses (pop-up is blank)

Hello,

When I try to add or edit addresses in the User or Order screens, I'm not able to do so because the pop-up appears blank (in the user editor), or the section merely collapses (in the orders editor). You can see both in my screenshots.

I've pasted in the errors reported by Joomla with the maximum error reporting turned on.

What must I do to fix this? Thanks.

The error you have is really weird regarding the source code.
Would it be possible to know what is your content for the line "648" ?
Does the header of the class/field file right indicate HikaShop 3.1 ?

PS: We recommend to update to HkaShop Business 3.1.1 in order to get a patch for the filters.

so for some reason it is at 2.6.3, even though my actual version of Hikashop is 3.1.0.

Will applying the security update will update this file?

Hello,

You should check the file permission in your server ; otherwise Joomla won't be able to update every HikaShop files.
And yes, performing the HikaShop 3.1.1 will update every HikaShop files (if Joomla have the right to edit them).
