CC or BCC a customer email on order creation

We have a customer who would like his order notifications to go to himself and another person at his organization.

I did some searching, but haven't found a way to add another email to a user account.

I saw some threads about adding another address to the order email template, but I believe that would go out then on every order, not just the ones from that account.

Is it possible to just put one more email in the user account itself?

Unfortunately, you won't find any setting to do that directly.
You need to perform some modifications/customization.

An account (Joomla and HikaShop) can have only one single email.
You can see to use "user custom field" to store extra data but in such case you would need to override your customer email preload to handle that specific value and add the extra addresses in CC.
