Interference of two modules

-- Joomla version -- : 3.7.4

Do not scroll the Hikashop product module due to interference with other modules
Please advise you to resolve the interference.

The problem is caused by your template CSS.
You should contact your template provider or fix yourself the CSS rule which are too impacting and does not allow the carousel to be displayed normally.

This problem occurs when Module 1 is active.
When Module 1 is not active, Scrolling Modules 2 works fine.
So the problem can not be the template.

Okay, that's right, it's not a CSS of your template. But it's not a CSS of HikaShop either !
Please understand that it's something external from the HikaShop CSS and by the way, it's not directly related to our support since we can't be responsible of the issues generated by third party elements.
