I want to display the category on the site map.

When categories are not included in the link, the site map module does not display the categories.
Is there any way to display categories on the Sitemap.
I would like the product link to be similar to photo 2 and the site map is similar to photo 1.

You're not talking about the sitemap here but the breacrumbs module of Joomla.
If you want the category path in there, the only solution is to turn off the "simplified breadcrumbs" setting of the HikaShop configuration and get the category_pathway parameter in the URL.

Sure, with custom coding anything is possible. And for a Joomla developer, it shouldn't be too complex to change that for you.
