GPDR in hikashop

Hello,

I need to add a checkbox for "i agree with terms bla bla" when a user subscribes to my eshop website and also i need the user to have the option to delete his profile from the website.

May i ask, are there any configurations in hikashop that are needed to be done for GPDR ?

Hi,

To add such checkbox on the HikaShop registration form, you can create a custom field of the table "user" via the menu Display>Custom fields.
Regarding the suppression of user accounts, it's not really the role of HikaShop to provide that capability but the CMS ( Joomla 3.9 should have something for that ) or an extension dedicated to that, such as this one: extensions.joomla.org/extension/gdpr/
