Backend Customer Name is showing as Email

-- HikaShop version -- : 3.4.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.8.8

For some strange reason, the backend order and customer listings show the customer's name as the email address instead of the First and Last Name. However, the order details have the full information.

Additionally, under the customer edit page, the email field shows up twice?? Any ideas on how to fix these issues? They seem related.

The first name and the last name you see in the orders are coming from the customer address.
Depending how you have configured your registration (and checkout registration) ; you might not ask your customer their name during the registration ; so HikaShop is duplicating the "username" which can be the email address in some configurations.
