Captcha error on User Control Panel Registration page

I only have the Hikashop ReCaptcha plugin in use.

On the user registration page accessed via the User Control Panel there is still a Captcha field (generic Joomla one) as well as the Hikashop one.

See attached screenshot.

When you try and register you get a 404 error.

Is there another setting I need to change to disregard the generic Captcha.

You need to disable the captcha plugin of Joomla and in the settings of the user manager and the global configuration of Joomla you need to set the captcha setting to no.

I changed the Options under User Manager for the Captcha to "None Selected" and this solved the issue.
