[SOLVED] HikaShop 4 Trying to access the download section

when i try to access the download section as a customer from frontend to this url : index.php?option=com_hikashop&view=user&layout=downloads, i get this next error 0:

However, I can with the menu item Purchases.
The problem is that I can access your Joomla configuration to activate the "debug mode" setting and thus I can't see the full error details and the message displayed there is too vague. Could you activate that setting and access that page again and provide a screenshot of the detailed error information ?
That way, we should be able to tell you what to do to fix the problem.

I activated the debug option but i don't get anything in that page, but i changed the template, and the menu seems to work, so this seems to be a problem created by the template.
I will use other template, i wanted to change it anyway so it ok for me.
That username is now super admin, the template with the problem is ja simply, if you still want to investigate the problem.

If you don't have the problem with other templates, then it probably means that there is a file templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_hikashop/user/downloads.php which is a view override of that view. Rename that file to deactivate the view override and you should not have that error anymore.
