Passwors reset error message

We don't know. This comes from the "reset password" extension you're using on your website. You need to contact the support of that extension for help regarding errors in their extension.

HI, Pretty sure this is part of Joomla, it is from a menu - menu item type - Users - Login Form. You only get the error by requesting a new password, no error message with username reminder or create a new account?

I can get rid of the message by selecting error reporting - none.
