client category on registration

Hi, just wondering wether it is possible to select the user group to which my customer are affiliated on registration. So far, they all go in the "registered" category. I just need to differenciate the hikashop users form the regular users.

Yes. It's possible. In the HikaShop configuration, under the "Checkout" tab, you have the setting "User group on registration" where you can select the user group of the users registering through the HikaShop registration form.
By default it's set to "inherit" so that the users go in the same user group as when registering through the Joomla registration form.
