Customer Account Layout

Is it possible to have the customer account set-up like the attached where you have the buttons at the top at all times regardless if the customer is viewing the Customer Account, Addresses, Orders or Wishlist? It would be easier to navigate.

There is no option for that. If you want to add that, you would have to edit each view file of the frontend to add the HTML of the icons.
