Collecting Customer Feedback

Hi, i would like to give my customers the possibility to leave a feedback after purchase and receiving their order.
I'm wondering if it can be done through Hikashop or this have to be through a extension...or plugin....or whatsoever....
I really have no clue...any help on the matter will be very welcome

What to use will depend on what you want to do with the feedback.
What you can do for example is use such testimonial extension:

And in the email notifications, that you can edit via the menu System>Emails of HikaShop, you can just add the URL to the testimonial form for the customer and some text around it to explain to the customer.
Then, that extension allows you to display the testimonials in a module so that other customers can see them.
You can find other extensions doing the same thing on the Joomla extensions directory.

In fact i would like to offer customers to leave a feedback according to their experiences.
Testimonials in most of sites i take a look at looks like.......quite filtered and non objective.
I would like the customers to be able to leave a kind of feedback like on ebay (kind of...).
I'm not sure how to achieve that i'm really not specialist in this field but i was thinking maybe a kind of "module" customers can access after login to their profile.....maybe...?

So are you talking about leaving a review about the product they bought ?
HikaShop comes with a vote and comment system, which has an option "Choose the access level for votes or comments" that you can set to "bought" so that only users who already bought the product will be able to post a review on the page of the product.
So then you would have to add a link to the product page of each product in the email notification sent to the customer and tell them that they can post a review there.

Note that it also mean that this won't work with guest checkout as the user needs to be logged in to be able to link the user account, the order and the product all together.
