Is there any way to send a custom message to a customer when sending out a status email?
I mean adding a message there without to have to edit in the preview field and maybe mess up the HTML?
The preview of the email in the popup is there especially so that you can add a custom message to the customer when sending out a status email.
So no, there is no other way.
