email address as username

Is there a way to have the email address as username. Returning customers all forget there username but know there email address.

Hi,

In the HikaShop configuration, under the "Checkout" tab, you have a "Registration" setting.
There, select "simplified registration" or "simplified registration with password". That way, the username field will be removed from the registration form and the email address will be automatically used as the username.
