Mailing problem

-- HikaShop version -- : 4.7.4
-- Joomla version -- : 4.3.3

When a customer wants to register at my shop it displays an error : translated to english it says : WARNING There was a problem with the emailsending process, no activationlink was send to the adress you provided, please contact the admin.

Anyone that can point me in the right direction that i have to look ?

It says there is a problem with the email sending. Could you use the test email button in the Joomla configuration in order to make sure that what you've configured there is working ?
Could you also check the email settings under the Main tab of the HikaShop configuration page with the recommendations of your hosting ?

The test email works correct, i will check the hikashop configuration, the problem started after the last joomla update.

i think i just found the problem, will test right away

EDIT: problem solved, after the last update some fields in the email tab under configuration were empty.
