Discount if two or more products purchased

I have a client that needs to provide a discount if the buyer purchases more than one knife. Example: If product R01AJ and R02O are purchased, he would like to provide a 10% discount on both. Looking at the HikaShop Starter, I do not think we can set this up. Can this be done in the Essentials version?
