Hikashop allowing products to go through even though they are inactive?

-- HikaShop version -- : 6.7.1
-- Joomla version -- : 6.2
-- PHP version -- : 8.4
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Safari 605.1

Hi, I have been having this issue for a while and now have identified it.

If a customer has an item in their cart or in a created order (that failed payment etc.) If the product goes out of stock during that period and is X'd off as not available, they can still purchase the item??  I had had this now quite a few times especially if that product is in a cart.
