Hi,

That is already the case by default unless you unpublished the order admin notification via the menu System>Emails (Business edition only), or that you removed the "order creation notification email address" of the configuration of HikaShop.
If that is not the case, then you should see the error log of your email server as it means that the email was sent by HikaShop but apparently not delivered by your email server.
