How to reminder a customer wit a cancelled order

Is there way to send a reminder mail to someone who did an order but not the payment.
I want after one or two days send a reminder to them. How is that possible? with cron jobs?

You can use our integration to AcyMailing for that. Create an auto-filter via AcyMailing and set it to be triggered every day with a filter on the HikaShop orders being cancelled and you will be able to put that in place.
