Admin order confirms not received

While 'Ask a question on the product' emails are geing received the admin emails confirming the emails are not being received.

What could be the issue?

Hi,

It's probably a problem with the email server on your server which refuses it.
It can be because of the bounce address, or maybe the "add names", or the "charset", or the "multipart" on that configuration page.
If you ask your hosting company, they should be able to tell you. Otherwise, you can test the different options and see if changing each one one by one helps for that.
